Do I have a tracking number for my order?

If you are ordering with a U.S. or Canada shipping address - you will receive an email with the parcel tracking number once it has left the warehouse. Parcels are delivered with FedEx or DHL and you will have tracking. 


If you are ordering with a shipping address in Europe - your parcel will be shipped by post mail. At the moment we will not have individual tracking numbers, in order to speed up the logistics process. 


European orders are dispatched from Sweden, via post mail, and it takes a few days to reach their destination. If you have not received your package within 15 days after the delivery notification, please contact our Customer Support via email or phone.
