  • Can I change the colour of the Tinitell in my order?

    We recommend that you double check all the details before you place the order online so that you make sure you receive your preferred colour. Should you need to change the colour of the devices you have ordered, then please send our support team an email to hello@tinitell.com and we will let you know if the colour change can be operated after we check our stock availability. 

     

     

  • Is it possible to buy Tinitell from a retail store?

    Tinitell is now available for purchase on our own web shop and in selected retail stores online and offline in Europe and the U.S.

  • Is Tinitell going to be available in my country?

    We have shipped the first batch of Tinitells to over 83 countries and Tinitell is now available for the U.S. and European markets. You can buy Tinitell via our U.S. web shop or E.U. web shop and in selected retail stores online or offline in Europe and the U.S. Read more here.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    If you would like to change your order please contact our Customer Support team via email or click the Support button at the bottom right corner of this page to expand a direct contact form.

    We can help you with any changes if the order has not left the warehouse and status is "Awaiting Fulfilment". Once your order has been shipped we cannot cancel your order or edit the order details. 

     

  • Can I change my shipping address?

    If you would like us to ship your Tinitell at a different address or you have entered a wrong shipping address, please contact Customer Support via email or click the Support button at the bottom right corner of this page to expand a direct contact form and request an update of your shipping details.

    Although you can place the question publicly on the Community Forum, we do not recommend you to disclose sensitive data such as personal details or order number.

  • Where can I find my order number?

    Your order number appears in the order-related emails you receive from Tinitell, such as the "Order Confirmation" email. It's a good idea to save your Order Confirmation email or write down the order number for future reference.

  • Are you offering volume discounts? I would like to purchase more than five Tinitells.

    We are not offering automatic volume discounts on the online shop, as we would like to avoid unauthorised reselling practices. We have a strict policy with regards to selling and distribution and the greatest respect towards our commercial partners.
