• When will I get my Tinitell?

     

    Delivery dates vary from country to country, depending on transit times and Customs procedures. We are shipping to countries in the European Union, Iceland, Norway and Switzerland from our warehouse in Sweden and to the US from our US warehouse.

     

    Estimated delivery times: 

    Sweden: All Swedish orders will be shipped with PostNord MyPack including tracking within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery times: 1-3 business days.

    You will receive a notification from your local post office when the parcel is delivered.

    For parcels that are not picked up from the Post Office and will be returned to sender we will incur a handling fee of 250 kr. Parcels will be returned to sender after 14 days in the Post Office.

    European Union: We use DHL (with tracking) to ship all Tinitell orders within the European Union.

    All orders to European Union countries will be shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery times: 1-2 business days.

    Iceland, Norway, Switzerland: All orders from Iceland, Norway and Switzerland will be shipped with DHL (with tracking). Delivery times: 1-2 business days.

    US: All orders to the US will be shipped with FedEx 1-2 days after the order is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number in the confirmation email

     

  • How do I know if my Tinitell was shipped?

    When your shipping starts, you will receive an automatic email notification from our system and our logistic partners with all the details related to the package, including a tracking number. 

     If you do not receive any email alert from us, please contact our Customer Support team: hello@tinitell.com.

     

     

  • Do I have a tracking number for my order?

    Yes, all Tinitell orders are shipped with FedEx, DHL or PostNord and all options include tracking. You will receive a tracking number in an email notification that says: "Tinitell Order Status Changed: Shipped".

     

  • How can I change my shipping address?

    If you are ordering via our European web shop, please bare in mind that we cannot accept any address changes after the order was confirmed. Once your order is placed, you can change the order details or update your delivery address only by emailing our Customer Support Team. Please contact Customer Support via email or click the Support button at the bottom right corner of this page to expand a direct contact form. Request an update of your contact and order details.

     

    If you are ordering via the US web shop, you can change your shipping address by accessing your account.

     

  • I live in Stockholm. Can I come and pick up my order from your office?

    We love to meet our customers and you are more than welcomed to pay us a visit. With regards to your order, our warehouse is located in southern Sweden and we do not keep stock in the office.

    In order to avoid any kind of confusion or error in delivery, all deliveries are controlled and handled by our partners, Ingram Micro, in our warehouse.

  • What happens if my order arrives damaged?

    No need to worry - if part or all of your order is damaged in transit, contact our Customer Support team via email or phone and they will guide you through the replacement process in case your unit is scratched, with visible signs of damage or not working.

  • What if I no longer require the order?

    In case you have changed your mind but you have already received the product or your package is under-way, we have 14 days Return Policy after the product has arrived at your address. If you would like to return your Tinitell, please contact us at hello@tinitell.com for instructions.

    In case you have changed your mind and your order has not been fulfilled, we have a Refund Policy and a prompt Customer Support team that will help you get your money back.
